Cancellations and Rescheduling
A 24-hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you may be assessed a fee equaling 50% of your total service. If you “no show” you will be assessed a fee equaling 100% of your service fee.
When you arrive at your appointment and decide that you no longer need all the services you are scheduled for, a fee equaling 25% of the cancelled services will be assessed
I will do my best to accommodate you if you are running late for your appointment. If you are running late, please respect my time and the time of my other clients by calling me with an estimated time of arrival. I will do whatever service I can without sacrificing the integrity of your hair, the quality of my work or making my next client wait.
If you need an adjustment with any part of your service, please contact me within 7 days with your concerns. If you have contacted me within the 7-day period, I will then ask that you make an appointment within 3-5 days to correct any concerns.
Most retail products are refundable within a reasonable time period. Sale items are non-refundable. Hair services are non-refundable.
